2. The service

digdns is a set of free tools that show public information about domain names: DNS records, propagation across public resolvers, WHOIS/RDAP data and email security setup. By using the site you accept these terms.

3. Nature of the results

3a. Pro subscription

The tools stay free with no account. digdns Pro (daily monitoring of your domains, email alerts, 12-month history, PDF report, larger bulk checks) costs €1.99 per month or €14.99 per year, taxes included, with a 7-day free trial on your first subscription. It renews automatically until canceled, which you can do at any time from the Account page (Stripe portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and a trial canceled before it ends is not charged. Monitoring is an aid: it does not replace your own tracking of renewals (certificates, domain names). By subscribing, you ask for immediate access to the service and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once the trial is over and the first period has started.

4. Acceptable use

You must not query the service in an automated, large-scale way, harvest WHOIS data for unsolicited marketing, circumvent its technical limits or disrupt the service. Request limits apply.

5. No warranty and liability

The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, digdns is not liable for damages arising from use of the results, including changes made to a DNS zone. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

6. Personal data and cookies

See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

7. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
